Website terms

Terms for using this site

These terms cover adheraworks.com. Using the Adhera product itself is governed by the design partner terms during the pilot, or by a separate agreement once we offer paid plans.

Effective 10 October 2026 · Adhera Compliance, Inc.

1. Who these terms are between

This site is run by Adhera Compliance, Inc., a Florida corporation ("Adhera", "we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What the site is for

The site describes Adhera, lets you apply to be a design partner, and lets you ask for access to a demo workspace. The interactive examples on the home page are illustrations. They use invented data and show how the product is meant to work; they are not the product and nothing you enter into them is stored.

3. Pre-release information

Adhera is in development. Descriptions of features, screens and behavior on this site reflect what we are building and may change before, or after, general release. Nothing on the site is a commitment that a particular feature will exist, work in a particular way, or be available by a particular date.

4. Forms and applications

Submitting the design partner form is an application, not a contract. We read every application and reply to the ones we can take on. Accepting you as a design partner happens by email, and the design partner terms apply from that point. Asking for demo access works the same way: we send a code by email if we can offer one. You agree to give accurate information in the forms and to use a work email address that you are entitled to use.

How we handle what you submit is described in the privacy notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site for its intended purpose. You may not:

If you believe you have found a security problem, please tell us at hello@adheraworks.com before telling anyone else. We will not take action against good-faith research that respects this.

6. Our content

The text, design, illustrations, and the Adhera name and mark on this site belong to Adhera or our licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy its content for commercial use or present it as your own. SOC 2 is a trademark of the AICPA. ISO/IEC 27001 and SOX are named descriptively, and no endorsement by their owners is implied.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to other sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for what they contain or how they treat your information.

8. No advice

Nothing on this site is legal, audit or compliance advice. Whether a control satisfies a framework, and whether your organization passes an audit, is decided by you and your auditor, not by us or by this site.

9. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be available, accurate, or free of errors, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
